Suit aims to stop condemnation
A civil lawsuit has
been filed in Superior Court in an effort to stop the city of
Cumming from condemning Deborah Fox’s property in order to
expand the city’s sewer service. The property,
approximately six acres, is located on Samples Road across from
the Lanier Golf Course.
